Made using the traditional champenoise method. Complex and delicate, it is produced with yeasts of champagne. Golden and translucent color, aromas that refer to white wine and citrus notes. Thin and long-lasting perlage. Sophisticated and seductive, she spent nine months maturing in our cellar with controlled temperature and humidity.
