Beer description
Moray Mist is stylishly based on a soft malt base with a high proportion of wheat malt and oat flakes as well as an abundance of lactose, which gives this Imperial Milkshake IPA a creamy, sweet and dense body. Multiple hop additions during and after the fermentation of Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe deliver a melody of tempting tropical fruit notes that are reminiscent of a mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple. The beer ends with a slightly persistent, soft citrus bitterness with a hint of sweet mandarin and grapefruit.
