Beer description
Dark mahogany beer with ruby reflections, it generates a light beige foam with beautiful compactness and good persistence. The sense of smell is immediately carried to the roasting and roasting area, with aromas of toffee, cocoa bean, toasted hazelnut, dried plum and cold-extracted coffee. The taste is consistent with what is expressed on the nose: burnt caramel, shaken coffee, bitter cocoa and dried plum alternate on a very slender body. The finish reserves a smoky and embers suggestion in the process of extinguishing, while in the aftertaste memories of toffee and hazelnut cream return.
