Beer description
Franconian style beer with a light golden color, crowned by an abundant white, compact and fine foam with good persistence. The taste has a well perceptible malty character, with flavors of light breadmaking and a hint of locust honey. Hops appear after a few seconds in the glass with a delicate herbaceous aroma of clover and dandelion. At the sip it exhibits a lively but subtle carbonation, with a delicate malty sweetness colored with bread crust and white flowers. The body is agile enough to entice abundant consumption, as tradition for the style and the territory of origin, without being too evanescent. The bitter herbaceous finish is moderate both in intensity and persistence, with a return of white spring flowers and black locust honey in the aftertaste.
