WAR Fuji

A striking amber-colored beer with copper highlights, it is topped with a fairly abundant and rather fine ivory foam. The first sense of smell is marked by rich malty aromas, with caramel and lightly browned shortcrust pastry on the shields, followed by warm hints of ripe plum and dehydrated apricot, with a hint of cherry jam. Intense and complex taste, with an initial biscuit and caramelized sweetness and a decisive bitter finish of citrus peel and licorice root.
