Selfmade - War Totem

War totems and other idols to boost morale on the battlefield are often used in fantasy stories, games and films, but there are also examples of such phenomena in our world. In some North American Indian tribes, the buffalo or bison were the embodiment of supernatural power, as well as strength and courage. And the skulls of these animals, placed in homes or on the clothes of warriors, acted as a powerful protective symbol, protecting from the forces of evil. To boost your morale as the cold weather approaches, we brewed this dense, bitter and generously hopped War Totem in the style of American Double Stout (8.0% ABV, 65 IBU).
