The name Carajillo is the Spanish term for a coffee drink made with rum and sugar. This collaboration with Witch’s Hat Brewery is a Red Ale with Coffee artistically blended then aged in Rum Barrels. The flavor is rich with the flavor of hops and bitterness of coffee. The bitterness is softened with the sweetness from the Rum Barrel Aging. Es múy déliciosa!
