Warped Wing - in collaboration with long-standing Dayton area furniture maker, Gerstner & Sons - introduce to you, Gerstner Wood Aged Pilsner! Gerstner Wood Aged Pilsner is a White Oak & American Cherry wood aged beer clocking in at 5.4% ABV & 22 IBU. Gerstner uses both of these types of wood in the production of their finely crafted wood chests. The wood aging process creates a more nuanced take on the traditional pilsner style, resulting in a unique flavor profile.
