Beer description
This beer is a reinterpretation of Way for a way to make Abbey or Abbey Beer, a beer style that emerged around 1960. In this beer one of the main ingredients added is the Sugar Cane Syrup, Candy Sugar, made by Way, especially for this beer. The yeast used produces a lot of fruity aroma, a main characteristic of beer that uses a lot of caramelized malt. Candy Sugar fermentes together with malts resulting in an alcoholic beer with a lot of sweetness and a lot of residual sugar.
