Way American Pale Ale Single Hop Motueka

In this single hop project from Way brewery, the Motueka hops, from New Zealand, were used. This hops is derived from Saaz, and was initially used by Belgian breweries. That is why he was already called the Belgian Saaz. Aroma of lemon and lime followed by a background of tropical fruits. It exhibits similarities to Saaz, however, the higher alpha acid also makes it suitable for bitterness hops. It gives the drink a balanced bitterness.
