Beer description
This is one of the beers made for the Clube do Malte project called “Beer your way”. For the project, more than 1500 beer recipes were registered and of these, 4 were chosen to be made by the master brewer Alessandro Oliveira. The Mordonian Stout Caju, is of the Sweet Stout style that had the addition of Caju in its recipe. In its taste and aftertaste the fruit stands out, but in its taste the taste of Stout is present. To be more full-bodied and with more fruit consistency in aroma and flavor, oats and wheat are also part of the composition of this beer.
