Beer description
Germany is known the world over as the country of beer. Since 1516 it has been following legislation that regulates the way of making beer, the so-called “law of purity”. Today, some endorse and others find the law outdated.
Weizenbier, also called Hefeweizen, is a style of beer made with wheat malt, unfiltered with a slight aroma of banana and cloves from fermentation. Weizenbier has a special form to be served to homogenize the yeast sedimented in the bottle. "Initially serve with a greater inclination of the glass and less speed to put the liquid, in the end, shake the bottle in circular movements when 2 fingers of beer remain, to mix the sedimented yeast, serve in the glass while standing".
