Beer description
The Russian Imperial Stout style has this name due to the fame of the beer made for the Russian tsars, especially for the imperial family. The beer transported to Russia needed to be more hoppy and alcoholic to survive the trip. So it became a style that is now produced worldwide.
Russian Imperial Stout made by Way has 15% roasted malt and among them a variation of chocolate malt, roasted barley, chocolate barley and unmalted barley, a combination that gives complexity to the flavors and aroma of the beer.
