Elliott Bay - Wayne the Grätzer

Bright yellow appearance. Aroma is light smoke and wheat. Flavor is subtle smoke with a wheat cereal finish with a light body with crisp finish. A modern take on a historic beer style, Brewer Lisa used less oak smoked wheat malt to create a subtle smokey flavor and aroma. The lower abv allows the drinker to have several of these while enjoying the Stanley Cup playoffs.
