Weeping Radish Oktoberfest

A German Marzen style lager. Generally brewed as the last beer of the spring and drank throughout the summer. The last of the Marzen was traditionally kept for consumption at Oktoberfest in Munich before the fall brewing began anew. Expect a strong malty profile balanced with traditional German hops. The alcohol content is generally on the high side, in the 7% range. This bracing, amber colored beer is best consumed once the fall weather arrives, as the last hurrah before winter.
