Due to the gentle manufacturing process, Weihenstephaner Helles Alkoholfrei is low in calories and sugar-free. The beer is allowed to mature fully before the alcohol is removed using a process called vacuum flash evaporation. This process was developed in the 90s in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan. Brewed with centuries of beer-making experience on the Weihenstephaner Berg.
The taste is pleasantly spicy, combined with a finely integrated hop note that gives the beer a refreshing lightness. It shines brilliantly golden in the glass. The spicy character is also evident in the aroma. A fine-pored foam rounds off the appearance perfectly.
