Our true classic ,the reddish brown Tradition Bayrisch Dunkel with its mild hop aromas and notes of roasted malt. A beer that is characterized by its slightly sweet caramel taste giving way to a light bitterness. A perfect accompaniment to hearty meals such as roasts, poultry and game.

Im Glas dnkelbraun/dunkelrot und klar. Der sahnige Schaum hält gut. Malziger Geruch, karamellig süßlich. Ein Röstaroma im Antrunk. Sehr wenig bis gar nicht süß. Etwas herb im Nacht…

Erst vorgestern habe ich das dunkle Lager von Weihenstephan entdeckt. Es ist süffig, vollmundig und malzbetont. Feine Karamell- und Röstaromen im Nachtrunk.
