Beer description

Refreshing, full-bodied and a hint of ice candy. This is how our Schnätterle presents itself. A beer that couldn't better represent our region. It's as gentle as the meadows of the Weissacher Valley and refreshing like the wind that blows through your hair on the Forche. The name was also not chosen by chance: "Schnätterle" stands for the famous chatter (also known as tremble) in the cold and for the communication-promoting effect of the beer. Chattering is also the trademark of THE Weissacher animal: the duck. A fine, fruity old Swabian country beer with a refreshing note from the special flavor Polaris hops from the Hallertau region.
