Beer description
Our Weissbier - Bock is known beyond the country as the Kößlarner Keiler (based on our heraldic animal). This amber-colored wheat beer goat is characterized by its low sweetness and its distinctive malt taste, which is accompanied by a fine hint of hops. The boar's brewing method differs from our other white beers, but the bottle fermentation and the naturalness remain. The Keiler is a seasonal beer and therefore only available from November to April.
