Beer description
Weizenheimer Wheat is CBC's Bavarian style hefeweizen. Our hefeweizen is made with a blend of German malted wheat and Munich two-row barley. This beer is served unfiltered so that the brewery yeast remains in solution. Hefeweizens are highly carbonated to bring out the abundance of fruit filled aromas.
