Beer description
We present our golden honey-colored Werderaner festival beer, which welcomes spring in strong, fresh splendor and full flavor. Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malt promise a complex, pleasantly full mouthfeel with a slightly malty aroma without excessive sweetness. Cold fermentation with bottom-fermenting yeast gives it a fine carbonation, not too strong carbonation, and a light, creamy foam. The exceptional choice of hops provides the nose with fresh, fruity aromas and a pleasantly spicy finish in an otherwise dry aftertaste.
