Two Chefs - West Coast Sunny Waves

Getting to know our friends from the Basque country, it quickly became clear that we share a passion for both Dutch snacks that start with the word 'bitter' and bitter beer! So what else to brew together other than a West Coast DIPA, with an impressive 90 IBU! Bitterness isn't everything, though. It's summer, so we lightened it a bit with a hefty load of rice, resulting in a bright, crisp and refreshing base.
