West Sixth Brewing - Sixfold IV: American Sour Ale

Blended from oak barrels and aging for over a year, this American Sour Ale gives aromatics of fresh cut fruits and citric acidity, pairing perfectly with its initial tartness. Orchard fruits, oak and tannins from extensive barrel aging marry well with subtle funky characteristics throughout. This Spring 2016 bottle finishes pleasantly dry with a touch of malt character.
