West Sixth Brewing - Stock Ale

American Strong aged in bourbon barrels — Brewed with intent. Upon mashing this beer our brewers knew it would suffice best with age. We couldn't let it sit alone of course, so we stowed it away in bourbon barrels for a year before bottling. Complex malts transform on the palate to dark fruit and vinous red grape, and leads to a satisfying sturdy finish. Enjoy!
