Westbrook Fruit/Wood/Time: Passionfruit RBA

A sour ale fermented in two oak barrels. A blend of these two barrels is then re-fermented for six months in 400-liter barrels from Barbados along with Passion fruit. Cloudy, straw-yellow beer with medium-sized white foam crown. Tart passion fruit fruit with some oak barrel and Rumaroma. Sourish taste with a lot of fruit, of course, first and foremost Passion fruit, with slight Rumaroma with some wood. Acidic finish.
