Westfälisches Biermuseum - Flechtwerk

What happens when you process fresh Nieheimer brewing water, two types of barley malt, three types of Hallertau hops and English top-fermented ale yeast? A new charity craft beer called "Wickerwork" as an East Westphalian edition of an "India Pale Ale" (IPA). In close cooperation with the Warburg "Kohlschein brewery", it is brewed by the honorary brewers of the "Bürgerbrauzunft Nieheim" - in the quaint brewery of the Westfälische Biermuseum.
