"A small, decorative ornament or trinket". Bibelot was lovingly brewed with Pilsen malt, wheat malts, a splash of European hops and conditioned with peaches. The Farmhouse yeast fermented on the warm side, imparting subtle notes of citrus and white pepper, leaving a delightfully rustic and expressive beer behind.
