Beer description
As a Spring-time homage to our favorite bivalve (get it...) the oyster, we decided to brew a seriously sessionable Farmhouse Ale with their shells in the boil and Loral hops in the whirlpool. All of the malt comes from Proximity Malt of DE/CO and the shells from 3rd & Ferry Fish Market right here in Easton, PA!
