Weyerbacher Brewing - Divine Betrayal

Brewed in conjunction with Yards and Stoudts Brewing Companies for Decibels Beer & Metal Fest 2018, each of our beers were fashioned after a different Circle of Hell as described in Dante's Inferno. Ours is a Rustic Farmhouse ale fermented with 3 different Farmhouse and Saison yeast strains to represent the 3 mouths of Lucifer. Domestic 6 row, unmalted wheat and oats comprise most of the grain bill, and a touch of Styrian Wolf hops in the whirlpool for a hint of earth and fruit. Expect a dry yet fullish finish along with notes of ripe peach, dead grass, white pepper and an array of complex phenolics.
