Because we could, we had pounds & pounds of locally made doughnuts smoked by our good friends at More Than Q, then chucked them lovingly into the mash. Fermented with lager yeast then cold conditioned, this brew is super smooth and subtly malty with a hint of smoke. Follow the smoke to the riff filled land!
