Beer description
Ethanweizen is a take on a traditional German-style Hefeweizen. Over 50% of the grains used were winter wheat and flaked oats, accompanied by heritage Marris Otter and Honey Malt. At the very end of the boil we added a pinch of white peppercorns to build an almost undetectable layer of spice. The yeast chosen imparted subtle notes of banana and clove.
