Beer description
To celebrate opening distribution in Tennessee we got together with friends at Jackelope Brewing Company in Nashville for a beer collab! Together we decided to merge local TN honey and PA malted rye from Double Eagle Malting Co into a Farmhouse Ale with Loral hops. Hints of spice from the PA rye and French Saison yeast balances out a subtle floral sweetness from the TN honey. Yum!
