Beer description
An incredibly slayable "lawnmower-style" cream ale brewed with Bloody Butcher corn grits from Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown, PA.
We put the corn grits through what's called a cereal mashing process, which gelatinizes the starches which can then be turned into fermentable sugars for the cold-fermenting yeast to feed on. After the science happened, we let the Butcher chill and smooth out before packaging.
