Weyermann® - 46 - London Calling

This Dry Porter is balanced and elegantly smooth. The alcohol content is only 5.2 percent. It has a deep black color with a ruby sheen and a creamy head. The Weyermann® version is an authentic interpretation of this pre-industrial ales. Soft Weyermann® Vienna and caramel malts lend a harmonious flavor, while English and Slovenian aroma hops contribute the fruity cherry and cassis notes. On the finish, a small amount of de-husked Weyermann® roasted malt provides a hint of dark chocolate.
