Beer description

This summery drink in the style of a Berliner Weisse shows - true to its "fruity" name - refreshing, mildly acidic, summery components. With its 3.8% alcohol and appealing pink foam crown, it is wonderfully suitable as an aperitif. The mash consists of premium Pilsner malt as well as proportions of CARAHELL® and wheat malt. This malt combination is supported by Callista, a hop with subtle aromas of grapefruit and raspberry. Fresh pureed raspberries are added in the lager tank. The result is a beer with a soft, rounded mouthfeel and a dry finish.
