D9 - Whiskers On Kittens (2022-)

A lighter, everyday version of the classic Strawberry Rhubarb pie, Whiskers is made with a few of our favorite things. Sweet, floral, and exploding with tart flavor, it brings all of the bright and refreshing flavor that you would expect from strawberry and rhubarb. A complex acidity, balanced and cultivated by years of careful management of our house souring culture, helps make this far more than just the average sour ale, but drinkable enough to suit any occasion.
