Beer description
Little Olcan is the result of barrel-ageing our session IPA, Little Fawn, in ex-Olcan barrels. Olcan was our 6% Brett IPA, fermented in French oak barrels. Brettanomyces is a wild yeast that has an ability to survive and thrive, particularly in a barrel.
