Amakusa Sonar - White Pearl

Only rare hops (vacuum frozen) are used, which have been successfully cultivated without pesticides in the field behind the brewery, the westernmost in Japan. The pesticide-free Amakusa pear oranges are carefully processed one by one by the brewery's own hands, using the whole citrus fruit, including the peel and juice. A refreshing Bergevin white with a low bitterness that is easy to drink for those who don't like beer and can be paired with all kinds of food.
