In collaboration with Lallemand, we embarked on an experiment with their latest strain release, Lalbrew pomona. They took the name form the Roman goddess of abundance, fruit, and passion, who has been a muse for poets and artists thtoughout history. Even today, she continues to inspire.. most recently to create Mostruosa... don't be schared, it's just a beer.
