Beer description
Rule Number 2 is our second Raw NEIPA - brewed without boiling. We skipped the energy-intensive step in the brewing process to preserve the freshness of the hops while saving energy. A bold move, but absolutely controlled. What can we say? Golden color, juicy, with flavors of passion fruit, peach, and citrus fruits.
