By blending a classic Witbier/Blanche yeast strain with a New England ale strain and applying modern (double!) dry hop techniques, we've created this delicious hybrid beer: Wonderfully modern, cloudy and juicy with a traditional Belgian flair and drinkability. The best from both worlds!
