Beer description
No. 7 in our Endangered Species series, Dawn of the Red is a bourbon barrel aged imperial red rye, aged for 6 months in ex Scotch, Bourbon Barrels. Notes of toasted wood, spice, toffee, caramel and a smooth bourbon kick can be expected from this. Very limited amount in the wild with just 1,700 cans released.
