POLYCHRONIC BLOOM is a NEIPA that is quickly becoming one of our favorite beers to come out of our tanks and the brewery is always excited to see it coming back down the canning line! POLYCHRONIC BLOOM was brewed with a ton of oats, hopped it with Citra and Rakau, and fermented it with an extremely expressive yeast. Pillowy soft and extremely drinkable, this beer is a ripper.
