Wiethaler - Black Moon

Appearance: The first thing you notice is the deep dark black color, which is very typical; with a creamy, compact head. Aroma: Roasted malt, coffee and light dark chocolate aromas are immediately present, with the "dry smell" of Irish ale yeast also coming through. Taste: Notes reminiscent of coffee, roasted malt and dark bread crust dominate. Everything together gently caresses the palate. Towards the finish, Black Moon becomes slightly and pleasantly bitter. For a black beer, the stout is very smooth and rounded, which makes it very drinkable.
