Wild Heaven Beer - Cerulean Warbler

At Wild Heaven we've developed a hybrid process taking 3-6 months and the resulting beers fall under our Wild Wild Heaven Innovation Sour Series. This proprietary process allows for the development of layers of flavor using a mixed fermentation including our house-cultivated wild yeast strain as well as the addition of hundreds of pounds of fresh fruit providing more fuel for additional fermentation. These are "it's ready when it's ready" beers, made with a tremendous amount of care. We've just finished two, and they mark our first 16oz entries in the series.
