Wild Heaven Beer - Swan Swan Hummingbird

Swan Swan Hummingbird is an American Wild Ale, soured and aged in dedicated stainless steel tanks. It’s a collaboration between two Georgia breweries, Wild Heaven Craft Beers of Avondale Estates and Southern Brewing Company of Athens and is brewed at Wild Heaven. Brewmasters Eric Johnson and Brian Roth each cultivated yeast and bacteria strains at their respective breweries and combined them to create a new proprietary yeast strain. The result combines bright, tropical fruit flavors from the Athens yeast with earthy/citrusy flavors from the Avondale yeast making for a truly remarkable, clean, bright wild ale.
