Our newest long-boil barrel-aged stout recipe was aged in Blantons Bourbon barrels for 18 Months. This recipe has been our longest boil to date, requiring our brewers to continuously brew for 48 straight hours to fill the fermenter. The extended heating time creates our thickest stout, and produces incredibly deep caramel and brown sugar notes that compliment the light oak and rich vanilla notes from the Blantons bourbon barrel.
