Wild Leap’s First Wild Ale! This saison was brewed with a blend of three peppercorn varieties, fermented with wild Brettanomyces yeast, then aged for 10 months with French Oak barrel spirals. The result is a blend of gentle barnyard funk and fruity white wine esters, with a dry and subtley spiced finish from the peppercorns. A pleasant introduction to the world of Wild Beer, especially for wine lovers.
