Wild Mind - Cornucopia

Aged in used Tattersall gin barrels for more than a year, this blended cider was then conditioned on vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to round out the flavor. The resulting cider is dry with notes of heirloom apples, vanilla, oak and just a hint of botanicals.
