A rustic farmhouse ale with brew with floor-malted pilsner and raw white wheat. Fermented with a blend of Belgian and French saison yeasts. Refermented with a blend of Chardonnay and Cider juices. Dry, ethereal, prickly. Porrone's highly recommended to use when drinking.
